Committee members had a concern about the amount of parking in front of the building.  They asked the applicant to consider moving the building forward and relocating some of the parking to the rear of the building.

  • Add larger deciduous trees and consider the placement of landscaping
  • Additional information about how the retention basin will be landscaped and maintained
  • Consideration for alternative approches to cleaning up the parking and site movement at the southeast corner of the laundromat building where it feels tight and we have blind corner.
  • Shift the laundromat north a little and make the sidewalk wider to increase the visibility .
  • Make the pedestrian sidewalk to the east of the laundromat building. It shoud be a raised curb to protect the pedestrian.
